Make a Chicken Pie with a Instant Pot? Yes, with some modern appliances and out of the box thinking, you can create fast easy comfort food these days. Chicken Pot Pie from scratch used to take a while, but now you can have all that goodness in no time!!!

  • 1 Large Potato
  • Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 1 can of Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 Super-market Chicken Kabob
  • 2 cups of Pre-cut Carrots

Cut a large potato in medium sized pieces and set aside.

Place one can of condensed cream of chicken soup and a super-market chicken kabob (we used Publix) into a Instant Pot. Lightly season with Montreal Steak Seasoning and sir. Finish by adding the potato and the precut carrots and stir well.

Cover and set to pressure cook for 25 minutes. Once it is done, add the cooked chicken, carrots, and potato to a disposable pie pan. Evenly distribute and top with a super-market pie crust.

Cook in a convection oven set to grill or broil in a standard oven until the crust browns.
